Spring Berry Smoothie
The perfect breakfast smoothie to enjoy in the spring sunshine. Inspired by the colours on our cherry blossom tree. Rich in antioxidants to support wellbeing.
Spring berry smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 a banana
1 handful fresh or frozen spinach
1 tbsp oats
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp pea protein powder
1 tsp beetroot powder
1 cup (250ml) unsweetened plant milk
1 cup (250ml) water
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Add more liquid if needed to reach desired consistancy.
