Spring Berry Smoothie

Spring berry smoothie

Serves 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 a banana

  • 1 handful fresh or frozen spinach

  • 1 tbsp oats

  • 1 tbsp ground flax

  • 1 tbsp pea protein powder

  • 1 tsp beetroot powder

  • 1 cup (250ml) unsweetened plant milk

  • 1 cup (250ml) water

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Add more liquid if needed to reach desired consistancy.
