My journey from chronic fatigue diagnosis to healthy and happy.

Seeing first-hand the impact diet and lifestyle had on my health made me want to help others experience the same.

 

About me

I know what it’s like to feel under par but not know what to do about it. To push on through symptoms and pain because life is just too busy. To do everything for everyone else at the expense of your own wellbeing. To not know where to turn when the medical profession can’t offer you anything else to try.

In 2013 I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). I’d pushed my body to its limits and it forced me to stop. By changing the food I eat, the life I breathe and the thoughts I believe, I’m now living a healthy, happy life without the restrictions of pain, fatigue and brain fog.

I learnt how to put myself first and most importantly how to listen to and respond to what my body needs so I can live my healthiest life and I can help you to do that too!


As part of my recovery journey, I retrained and I’m now a BANT registered nutritional therapist working to help others find their healthiest self with simple, sustainable diet and lifestyle changes.

My journey has taught me that you need to take a holistic and personalised approach to wellbeing. I help my clients to tackle not only their diet and eating habits but also their thoughts and lifestyle factors which they may not even realise are impacting their health.


I take a simple and personalised approach with all my 1:1 clients creating plans which suit them - from personalised meal plans and recipes to simple realistic changes which fit with their energy levels, lifestyle and work commitments.


I provide advice, support, guidance and accountability to help people achieve and sustain changes that leave them feeling better than ever.


I also provide general guidance and recommendations for those looking for a less personal more general lifestyle support with online masterclasses and my blogs and recipes.
