Hi, I’m Bethany – a Nutritional Therapist and wellbeing advocate.

I’m passionate about the impact diet and lifestyle can have on health and wellbeing.

Having been on my own wellbeing journey I know that with so much conflicting advice about
what to eat and how to live, it can be difficult to know where to start.

I founded Eat, Breathe, Believe so I could use my knowledge and experience to
support people on their wellbeing journey, whatever their starting point.
