Hay fever busting smoothie
As we come into summer the arrival of warmer, brighter days also means a higher pollen count and for many the pain of terrible hay fever symptoms like headaches, runny noses and itchy eyes. It is possible to tackle hay fever naturally as I discuss in this blog and this smoothie contains a variety of specific anti-inflammatory and quercetin rich nutrients to help tackle symptoms. But even if you’re not suffering from hay fever this smoothie is a total winner for a delicious summer breakfast option. Use frozen berries to give it a nice chill.
