- 200g Medjool dates
- Zest of 1 orange
- Juice of 1/2 to 1 orange (depending on how big and juicy your orange is!)
- 50g ground almonds
- 1 ½ tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
Add all truffle ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix until it’s all combined. You may need to push the mixture down the sides a few times.
Use your hands to shape into small balls and roll in the cacao powder. Put onto a plate and place in the fridge to chill.
Place the truffles in mini paper cases and keep in the fridge until you want to eat them! Will keep for up to 7 days.
